Taylor Lacroix, LADC II, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career as a Laborer and Equipment Operator at Continental Paving, Inc., where they managed security and operated construction equipment. They then worked as a Federal Work Study Employee at Roger Williams University, assisting with mail delivery processes while maintaining academic excellence.

After that, they gained experience in the criminal justice field as a Probation & Parole Intern at the Rhode Island Department of Corrections, where they managed probationer check-ins and ensured compliance with probation restrictions. They later worked as a Correctional Recovery Academy Counselor at Spectrum Health Systems, Inc., specializing in counseling for prisoners.

Lacroix then transitioned to the behavioral health field, starting as a Treatment Coordinator at The Bridge of Central MA, where they coordinated treatment services. They also served as a Mobile Respite Case Manager, providing case management for individuals in need of respite care.

Taylor Lacroix, LADC II, holds multiple degrees and certifications in the field of social work and psychology. In 2023, Taylor received a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Simmons University. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Roger Williams University. Taylor's educational journey began at Winnisquam Regional High School, where a High School Diploma was obtained between 2005 and 2009.

In addition to academic achievements, Taylor also possesses several certifications. In 2017, Taylor became a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor II through the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. More recently, in 2021, Taylor obtained certifications in ServSafe Manager from ServSafe and as a CIT Coordinator from CIT International.
