Ronald te Brake has a diverse work experience in web development and community building. Ronald started their career in 2011 as an intern at Theewaterskloof Municipality, where they worked on setting up a student administration system. Ronald then joined GoalGorilla Internet Strategy in 2011 as a Web Developer, specializing in Drupal development. During their time at GoalGorilla, they worked on projects for clients like Greenpeace International and BEN, as well as developing their own social software in Drupal 8 called Open Social. Ronald joined Open Social in 2016 as a Lead Developer, being part of the core development team since its inception. In 2017, they started their freelance web development work alongside their current position. Ronald also founded their own online platform, the Linery, where they sell custom-made posters. Ronald's work experience showcases their expertise in web development, open-source solutions, and entrepreneurship.
Ronald te Brake attended Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) from 2007 to 2011. During their time at the institution, they pursued a degree in Communications and multimedia design.
