Samson Goddy

Samson Goddy is a prominent figure in the open source community, serving as Co-Founder of Open Source Community Africa since November 2017, where efforts focus on promoting the open source movement and empowering African developers. Additionally, Samson holds a position on the Board of Directors at Open Source Collective, which supports a sustainable open source ecosystem. In the past, Samson has contributed to various organizations, including a role as Staff Developer Advocate at Chainguard, Inc., and Director of Community Relations at Sourcegraph, where responsibilities involved community outreach and enhancing technical literacy. Samson is set to join Hedera as Open Source Program Manager in early 2024.
