Michael Perret

Michael Perret is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation and service delivery within the technology and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Implementation in Customer Success at Open Systems since October 2015, Michael oversees a globally distributed Implementation Team and manages customer projects from inception to deployment. Previous roles include leadership positions in Service Delivery and deployment at Open Systems, as well as serving as a Sergeant in the Swiss Armed Forces and the Federal Office for Civil Protection. Michael has a solid engineering background, having worked as an Electronics Engineer at TRUMPF Schweiz AG, where responsibilities included hardware development for laser marking systems. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil.
