Severin Amrein

Severin Amrein has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and IT administration. Severin started their career at Open Systems in 2013 as an intern and later worked as a junior engineer from 2014 to 2016. After that, they joined SONTEC AG as an IT administrator in 2010 and worked there until 2014. In 2020, they returned to SONTEC AG as a member of the board of directors. At Open Systems, Severin worked as a security engineer from 2017 to 2020, then as a senior security engineer from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they took on the role of product owner and is currently working as a principal engineer at Open Systems since 2023.

Severin Amrein earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnologie from ETH Zürich in the years 2010 to 2013. Severin then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in the same field and institution from 2014 to 2016.
