Adrian Hill

Adrian Hill currently serves as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Open Universities Australia, a position held since January 2013. Prior to this, Adrian was General Counsel at Austock Life Limited from July 1998 to October 2012. Earlier professional experience includes a tenure at Norton Rose Fulbright, where Adrian progressed from Solicitor and Articled Clerk to Senior Associate and then Partner, focusing on Funds Management, Capital Markets, M&A, and other major corporate transactions. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Law and Psychology from Monash University, completed between 1984 and 1988.
