Jeff G. is a Senior User Experience Designer at Open Universities Australia since April 2022, leveraging user-centred design methodologies to enhance enrolment and study experiences. Previously, Jeff held roles as a User Experience Designer at Swinburne University of Technology, where collaborative efforts with the marketing team led to innovative user experience initiatives, and as Digital Lead for User Experience & Development at the University of South Australia, focusing on user experience strategy for the Research Enterprise Hub.
