Matthew Gladman

Matthew Gladman is an experienced engineering and technology leader with a diverse background in software development and IT management. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at Open Universities Australia since February 2022, Matthew has previously held significant roles including CTO at getNEXT, where responsibilities encompassed hands-on development, software architecture, client consulting, and infrastructure management. With earlier experience as Senior Software Engineer and Head of IT at QK Services, and as Chief Technology Officer at Agyle Labs, Matthew has demonstrated expertise in technology selection, infrastructure maintenance, and operational management. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Multimedia (Games and Interactivity) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology.
