Jessica Hunter

Jessica Hunter is an experienced educational professional specializing in mathematics education. Currently serving as a 6-12 Math Specialist at Open Up Resources since February 2021, Jessica oversees the 6-12 Math portfolios, aligning content with state standards and providing support for the sales team through lesson demonstrations and presentations at conferences. Jessica's prior experience includes roles such as K-12 Mathematics Consultant, Micro-credential Assessor/Approver at BloomBoard, Inc., and Curriculum Coordinator at East Ouachita Middle School. Jessica holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Louisiana Tech University and has extensive teaching experience as a mathematics teacher at Sterlington High School and as an adjunct faculty member at Louisiana Delta Community College and the University of Louisiana Monroe.
