Robin Terrell

Robin Terrell has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Robin started working as an Administrative Assistant in Sales at PerfectVision Manufacturing / Perfect 10 in 2007. Robin then became the Dealer Support Representative Supervisor and later served as an Executive Assistant. In 2010, Robin took on the role of Business Analyst/Sales Process Administrator at the same company, where they self-implemented and administered Salesforce CRM.

From 2014 to 2016, Robin worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Heifer International, where they managed the global implementation of multiple modules within Agresso Enterprise Resource Management. Robin also supported ERP system configurations and managed the implementation of the Business Intelligence System.

In 2016, Robin joined Chiltern as a Technical Resource Analyst. Robin was responsible for maintaining quality assurance in reporting procedures, identifying improvements to client delivery process, and enhancing the company's resourcing system.

In 2015, Robin also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Rasmussen College, where they prepared class sessions and assignments to help students grasp course content utilizing technological resources.

Most recently, Robin has been working at Open Up Resources since 2019. Robin initially served as the Operations Manager, Systems and Data Analysis, where they strategized and designed the organization's KPIs and Data Management programs. Later, they became the Director of Systems Operations, where they focused on system development, reporting, and optimizing operational support. Currently, Robin holds the position of Managing Director of Operations, overseeing the organization's activities and focusing on information delivery and management.

Robin Terrell obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional and Technical Writing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where they attended from 2004 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Information Science degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Phoenix, attending from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Robin Terrell has obtained additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (with no specified institution or date) and PMDPro Level 1 Certified from APMG (with no specified date).
