Jennifer Vizenor

Jennifer Vizenor possesses extensive experience in administrative and project management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Proposals Manager for State Adoptions at Open Up Resources since January 2019, Jennifer has also held positions including Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as an Administrative Secretary at River Valley High School, where the focus was on primary education administration. With a substantial tenure at WE Communications from January 2000 to October 2017, Jennifer operated as a Remote Executive Assistant to the President, International, and supported the Chief of Staff and Board of Directors. Earlier career roles include Office Manager/Escrow Assistant at Fidelity National Title, Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Hume Myers Tenant Counsel, and Sales Assistant at Timmreck & McNicol Jewelers.
