Amanda Roccuzzo is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Open Window School since April 2022, Amanda previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco, where co-direction of HR functions for over 600 employees was a key responsibility. Amanda's earlier roles include Interim Human Resources Director and Managing Director at Hillbarn Theatre, overseeing all non-artistic business areas, and multiple positions at the Children's Health Council, where responsibilities included HR support, financial coordination, and administrative tasks. Amanda Roccuzzo has also led significant initiatives, including auditing and refunding client accounts exceeding $100,000. Educated at Pepperdine University with a Bachelor's degree and UC Irvine with a Master's degree, Amanda combines strong HR acumen with a commitment to strategic management and operational efficiency.

Open Window School is a K-8 independent school located in Bellevue, Washington. Founded in 1985 to provide an educational environment specially designed for gifted learners, Open Window is a school “For Gifted Kids Who Love to Learn.” The learning environment provides a challenging academic curriculum blended with nurturing support from teachers that prepares students for long-term success. Open Window is fully accredited by NWAIS (Northwest Association of Independent Schools). Current enrollment is 358 students.
