Tiffany Davis

Tiffany Davis is currently the Director of Human Resources at Trideum. Prior to their current position, they worked as the HR Administrator / Assistant FSO at Superior Solutions Incorporated from June 2010 to February 2015. In this role, Tiffany administered various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel, prepared and maintained employee handbooks, developed human resources goals, objectives, and systems, and administered compensation, benefits, and performance management programs. Tiffany also developed employee training materials, maintained all manual and electronic personnel files, forms, and materials to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, developed and maintained job descriptions, and administered activities related to recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations processes for all exempt and nonexempt personnel. In addition to their human resources responsibilities, Tiffany also performed various activities related to facility and personnel security administration, ensuring compliance with National Industry Security Program standards. This included developing and implementing security policies and procedures, maintaining all manual and electronic facility and personnel files, forms, and materials, preparing briefing/training materials, initiating and following up on personnel security investigations, supporting customer/contractual security requirements, overseeing the company Workplace Substance Abuse Program, and interacting with various government agencies (DSS, OPM, Defense Manpower Data Center, etc.).
