Kristina Lum is an experienced educator and manager with a background in mathematics instruction and project management. Currently serving as the Lead Math Instructor at Open Window School since December 2014, Kristina prepares curriculum and teaches Algebra I to 8th grade students while assisting with various subjects. Prior to this role, Kristina managed Northwest CrossFit Bellevue from March 2011 to November 2014, overseeing a large membership base, developing community programs, and ensuring client safety and success through tailored training. Previous experience includes serving as Research Project Manager at Targeted Growth, Inc., where Kristina managed national and international research on genetically modified plants and handled regulatory compliance. Kristina also held a teaching assistant position at Open Window School from September 2008 to June 2009, contributing to curriculum development for middle school mathematics and science. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Washington.
