Benjamin Major has worked for seven companies since 2000. Benjamin began their career at Blueprint Management Group as an Account Manager in 2000. In 2009, they took on a Senior Manager - Operations role at Aegis Services Australia. In 2010, they were appointed as Head of Operations at ALI Group. Benjamin then moved to MetLife in 2011 as a Call Centre Manager. In 2013, they became a Senior Retention Manager - Retail Advice at CommInsure. In 2015, they were appointed as Head of Customer Sales at iSelect. Most recently, they have been working at Doorsteps Group since 2017, first as Head of Sales and then as Chief Sales and Commercial Officer.
Benjamin Major obtained their MA in Communication Management from the University of Technology Sydney in 2000, after having previously earned their BA in Philosophy Politics from Macquarie University in 1998.
