Jason Valmadre

Jason Valmadre has held a variety of roles in the finance industry, beginning in 1997 as a Manager at Bankers Trust Company. Jason then moved to ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in 1999, where they served as Global Head of Syndicate. In 2007, they became Managing Director, Head of Equity Capital Markets at RBS. In 2013, they joined Greenhill & Co. as a Managing Director. In 2017, they moved to an undisclosed company as a Corporate Consultant. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Chief Financial Officer at OpenAgent.

Jason Valmadre completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from The University of Queensland between 1991 and 1996. In 2000, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. In 2017, they obtained a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
