Merv D'Rozario has had a long and varied career in sales and management. Merv began their career in 2007 as a Client Service Consultant - Banking Advisor at National Australia Bank, where they had extensive product knowledge in Superannuation, Investment and Insurance. In 2010, they moved to Sensis as a Team Leader - Yellow Pages, where they were responsible for a team of 12 staff and managed all aspects of Sales and People management. Merv also held the role of Team Leader - Digital, where they helped establish and run a trial channel for Sensis. In 2015, they joined iSelect as a Sales Manager - Telecommunications & Movers, later becoming Head of Sales - Energy & Telecommunications, Sales Manager - Health Insurance, and Sales Manager - General Insurance. In their most recent role, they manage 5 teams on shore and co manages 3 teams off shore. In 2021, they began working as a Sales Manager at Doorsteps Group.
Merv D'Rozario completed their High School at Mazenod College between 1996 and 2001. Merv then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Marketing at Monash University from 2002 to 2005. In 2008 and 2009, they completed a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) at Advisor 360 Campus with a focus on Financial Planning and Services.
