Aaron McLear has extensive experience in communications and public affairs, having advised Governors in two states and provided counsel for notable political campaigns, including those of Presidents and Senators. They co-founded a public affairs firm and served in key roles at Uber and Edelman, where they managed critical public affairs strategies. Currently, McLear leads the communications and analytics team at Cruise, focused on advancing self-driving vehicle technology. A graduate of The Ohio State University, McLear also contributes to community initiatives as a board member for the Mercer Island Youth & Family Services Foundation.
