Adam Fry

Adam currently works as a product lead for Search at OpenAI. He was part of the team that launched ChatGPT search. Previously Adam served as the VP and Head of Product at Covariant, a robotics startup in Silicon Valley using AI to enable robots to see, reason and act in the real world. Covariant was later acquired by Amazon. Prior to joining Covariant, he was a senior product manager in Google’s artificial intelligence research group, driving teams of research scientists to improve the Google Assistant’s conversational abilities and to make Google Search more personalized. He has prior experience in management consulting, software engineering and an economics and computer science degree from Princeton University. He lives with his wife and daughter in Marin, California.
