Arianna McClain

Arianna McClain is a seasoned professional in research, strategy, and insights, currently serving as a Member of the Design Staff at OpenAI. Previously, Arianna held key leadership roles at Cruise, including Senior Director and Head of Research, Strategy & Insights, and Director of both Research & Insights and UX Research. Additional experience includes serving as an Operating Partner at Strange Ventures and as a Sequoia Scout and Mentor for the Sequoia Ascent Program at Sequoia Capital. Arianna also worked as Director and Head of Research & Insights at DoorDash. With a strong academic background, Arianna earned a Post Doctoral Research Fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine and a PhD in Health Behavior Research, focusing on Biostatistics and Epidemiology, from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.
