Beichen Li

Beichen Li is a Member of Technical Staff at OpenAI and holds a PhD from MIT CSAIL, where they studied under Prof. Wojciech Matusik. Their research interests focus on the intersection of computer graphics and machine learning, particularly in visual program synthesis using multimodal large language models. Beichen has previously worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at MIT, an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Tsinghua University, and held research intern positions at Adobe and Carnegie Mellon University. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology from Tsinghua University and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.
