Cadran C. is a seasoned professional in the technology sector, currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at OpenAI since 2023. As the CEO and Founder of Elpha, established in February 2019, Cadran C. leads a venture-backed network that supports high-achieving women in tech. Previous experience includes roles as Tech Lead at Y Combinator, where software for the alumni network and startup community was developed, and as a Senior Software Engineer at MongoDB, contributing to cloud engineering initiatives. Cadran C. also has a background as a Platform Manager at Flatiron Health, Programmer at Columbia University, Software Engineer at Princeton Consultants, and Technology Analyst at Merrill Lynch.
