Devon Lloyd has extensive experience in recruiting, specializing in executive and technical hiring across various high-profile tech companies. Currently working at OpenAI since June 2023, Devon focuses on executive and opportunistic hiring in research, engineering, go-to-market, finance, and more. Previously, at Paradigm from September 2021 to May 2023, Devon advised founders on talent acquisition. Devon's role as an Executive Recruiter at Robinhood from January 2019 to September 2021 involved hiring for core engineering, infrastructure, and security roles, while earlier positions included a Technical Recruiter role at Facebook focused on iOS recruitment and a Channels Specialist position at Google.
