Karla Cole is a seasoned designer with extensive experience in product design and branding. Currently a designer at OpenAI since October 2025, Cole previously held the position of Product Designer and Brand Lead at The Browser Company from January 2021 to October 2025. Prior roles include Product Designer positions at Instagram and Facebook, as well as two years at The New York Times, and design roles at SPCSHP and McKinney. Cole obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating in 2009.
