Katherine D. is currently the Associate General Counsel for Employment at OpenAI, where they apply their extensive legal expertise in the field. Previously, they served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Google, and have held various roles in labor and employment law, including Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Asylum Fellow at the Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project. Katherine's diverse background also includes work with the Peace Corps as a Community and Youth Educator and as a Deputy Campaign Manager for Schools First. They are pursuing their JD at the University of California, Davis - School of Law, alongside studies at other institutions.
