Lindsey Tran

Lindsey Tran serves as the Global Head of Employee Relations at OpenAI, bringing extensive experience in employee relations across several high-profile companies. Prior roles include Global Head of Employee Relations and Investigations at Block, and various positions at Twitter including Director of Global Employee Relations, Global Employee Relations Lead, and Senior Employee Relations Partner. Lindsey also worked as an Associate Attorney focusing on Labor and Employment at Bullard Smith Jernstedt Wilson, LLP, and held the position of Employee Relations Manager at Amazon. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of San Diego and a law degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).
