Nate Munger currently serves in a GTM | Customer Success role at OpenAI since March 2024. Prior to this position, Nate was the Head of Customer Success at Courier from May 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included building effective customer lifecycle playbooks and driving Net Revenue Retention. Previous experience includes roles at On Deck as a Customer Success Fellow, Clearbit as a Customer Success Manager, Contentful as Customer Growth Lead focusing on engagement and retention, and Intercom where Nate was a Senior Customer Success Advocate and the first non-technical hire. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Customer Satisfaction at LaunchRock and teaching World History for over a decade at San Francisco Unified School District. Nate holds an MA in Education from the University of Michigan and a BA in History from Boston College.
