Rebecca's earlier career includes positions at Global Health Strategies and the Clinton Global Initiative, emphasizing partnership strategies and health initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from the Yale School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Yale University.
