Robin Brown is a member of the technical staff at OpenAI since May 2024, following a tenure as a PhD candidate at Stanford University from September 2018 to April 2024. During a brief stint as a research scientist at Amazon from June to September 2023, Robin also gained experience as a research intern at NASA Ames Research Center in the NASA Quantum AI Lab from August 2021 to June 2023. Robin holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computational and Mathematical Engineering from Stanford University, where a Master of Science in the same field was earned from 2018 to 2020. Prior educational accomplishments include a double major in Mathematics and Business, Economic & Management at Caltech, with a minor in Control & Dynamical Systems from 2014 to 2018.
