Ryan Shaver

Ryan Shaver has extensive experience in recruitment and executive search, currently serving as a member of the recruiting staff at OpenAI since July 2024. Previously, Ryan worked at ZRG Partners, LLC, and held multiple executive search roles at notable companies including Google, Block, and Twitter. Ryan's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rice University and a Master of Arts in History from Boston University, with PhD studies also at Boston University that were not completed (ABD). Additionally, Ryan has experience as a technical recruiter and research associate early in the career.
