Sundar Rajan

Sundar Rajan is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading innovative projects at prominent organizations. Currently at OpenAI as a Product Manager since August 2025, Sundar also serves as a Product Executive in Residence at Columbia Business School, coaching future product leaders. Previously, Sundar held the position of Head of Product for Gemini Safety, Alignment & Agentic Transformation at Google, where efforts focused on improving LLM safety and governance. As Head of Uber Eats Personalization & AI at Uber, Sundar was instrumental in enhancing customer interactions and experiences. Additionally, Sundar has contributed as a featured speaker at Product School. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
