Tatiana Zolotova

Tatiana Zolotova has experience working in various roles, including as a Member of HR Staff at OpenAI starting in 2022. Before that, they were a People Operations Manager at Armada Aeronautics from 2019-2021. In 2017, they founded Global Citizenship Solutions, where they managed a team of legal, media, and client-facing professionals to assist clients in obtaining a second citizenship through investment. Prior to that, they were an Operations Manager and Project Manager at NTL Trust in Panama, where they led a team of 10 to overhaul operations and launched a company flagship periodical. In 2013, Zolotova joined Moscow 24 as a Field Producer and was responsible for full production of a daily program dedicated to exploring Moscow residents' issues in interactions with local government institutions. Before that, they were a Production Manager at TV 3 Channel, where they created and led the production of a daily show. Zolotova started their career at Mainstream TV Company as a Correspondent, where they produced several feature-length special reports.

Tatiana Zolotova earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from State University — Higher School of Economics between 2010 and 2014. Tatiana also recently completed a Project Management program certificate at San Francisco State University in 2020.
