Veronica Gnaman

Veronica Gnaman is an experienced professional in the field of people analytics and recruiting. Currently, Veronica serves as a member of the recruiting staff at OpenAI since February 2025, focusing on program management and recruiting operations. Prior to this role, Veronica was a Senior Consultant in People Analytics at Deloitte from August 2022 to February 2025, where notable projects included building strategic dashboards and DEI recommendations tools. At Netflix, from January 2017 to July 2022, Veronica contributed as a founding member of the People Analytics team and held various roles in talent acquisition, developing global strategies and initiatives for employee engagement. Earlier experience includes positions at Correlation One as an Executive Fellow and at Adroll Group as a Sourcer. Veronica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Human Capital Analytics and Technology from New York University.
