Anja Elema

Anja Elema is an experienced professional in the field of education and coaching, currently serving as an Orthopedagoog i.o. at OPDC since August 2022. Anja has held the position of Intern begeleider at Openbaar Onderwijs Groningen since January 2015, contributing to the quality of education through collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues. Anja's coaching expertise spans over a decade, including career and life coaching at Droom je leven | Leef je dromen and mentoring youth through KANS Mentoring. Anja's background includes roles as an Ambulant begeleider and Gedragsspecialist at RENN4, a Logopedist in various organizations, and a Lecturer in Speech Therapy at Hanzehogeschool Groningen. Anja holds a Master's degree in Orthopedagogiek and a Bachelor's degree in Logopedie from the University of Groningen.
