Annemarie Beukema-Kars

Annemarie Beukema-Kars has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as a coach for novice school leaders and as Director at ODS De Starter since August 2017. Concurrently, Annemarie has been a portfolio supervisor for students at the Stenden Professionals and NHL-ECNO school leaders' training program since August 2016. Prior experience includes directing OBS De Borgh from March 2008 to August 2017, leading various initiatives and projects within the Stichting Westerwijs. Annemarie's career in education began in 1991 as a teacher at Openbaar Onderwijs Groep Groningen (O2G2), where roles included classroom instruction and administrative responsibilities. Annemarie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy from Hanzehogeschool Groningen, with additional qualifications in Dalton education and educational leadership.
