Eljosha Boll is an experienced educator and musician, currently serving as a Docent AVO at Openbaar Onderwijs Groningen, where teaching responsibilities include citizenship, social skills, mathematics, and Dutch for first to third-grade classes. Eljosha is also a mentor for a first-year class. Since April 2021, Eljosha has been a guitarist in the indie rock trio Novko, which formed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous roles include LIO Maatschappijleer at Harens Lyceum, where responsibilities included teaching social studies, and a position as a Ticketing & Service staff member at SPOT Groningen. Eljosha's early career involved a range of roles in the arts and service sectors, including as a servicemonteur at Pay Systems during major festivals. Eljosha's academic background includes a Master of Science in Sociology with a teaching qualification from the University of Groningen, along with several other degrees in sociology, philosophy, and arts and culture.
