Ingrid Veldscholten

Ingrid Veldscholten serves as the Coördinator Nieuwkomersonderwijs for all education organizations in the Gemeente Groningen at Openbaar Onderwijs Groningen since February 2023. Currently, Ingrid is also the Projectleider Vitaliteit en Sociale Cohesie at Instituut Mijnbouwschade Groningen. Previous roles include Manager at OTP Groningen, where Ingrid connected businesses and education for lifelong development, and Projectleider at Faktoo organisatieontwikkeling focused on enhancing employer engagement for individuals with psychological vulnerabilities. Additionally, Ingrid worked as Regiocoördinator at Divosa and Senior Adviseur/Projectleider at Breuer Institute, improving job opportunities for refugees. As Directeur at Talent & Career Center, Ingrid developed various initiatives for connecting students with the northern labor market. Ingrid's career began at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, where responsibilities included managing the Career Advice Center and guiding students from education to employment. Ingrid holds a master's degree in Bewegingswetenschappen from the University of Groningen and additional qualifications in vitality advising.
