Bieke Herijgers

Bieke Herijgers is an experienced professional in digital transformation and service design, currently serving as the Founder of Business Refresh since February 2018, where Bieke advises organizations on optimizing customer, product, and employee journeys. Bieke holds positions as a Program Architect for the Hybrid Library of the future at Openbare Bibliotheek Amsterdam, and as a Strategic Service Designer & Strategic Employee Experience Consultant at The Growth Lab.
