With prior experience in business management and a background in engineering from Columbia University, Shirley oversees the logistics behind OpenBCI’s mission to democratize tools for biosensing and neuroscience.

She enjoys applying her interest in scalable systems, manufacturing pipelines, and B2C sales to brain-computer interface devices, helping them to be more approachable to all.
