Cyleigh Mertz

Cyleigh Mertz serves as the Chief of Staff at OpenBiome since November 2019, where the organization focuses on advancing microbiome science to enhance health through partnerships with researchers and clinicians. Prior to this role, Cyleigh Mertz held various accounting positions at Social Finance from May 2016 to November 2019, progressing from Staff Accountant to Accounting Manager, contributing to innovative financing solutions for social betterment. Previous experience includes roles at New Profit, UPMC, and Esprit, along with an educational background in Finance, having earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2015.
