Cristian Berner

Cristian Berner has a diverse work experience. Cristian started their career as an intern at CONASA, where they worked on developing a web application using ASP.NET and C#, as well as managing the corresponding SQL Server database. Cristian then progressed to an extracurricular internship at the same company, expanding their skills further.

Later, Berner joined Openbravo as a junior software developer. There, they worked on developing new features and resolving issues in the platform team. Cristian gained experience in both frontend and backend programming using Java, Java EE, Hibernate, Postgres, HTML, JavaScript, Jenkins, and Mercurial SCM. Cristian also obtained certifications in Openbravo Technical Training.

After their junior role, Berner became an applications engineer at Openbravo, where they primarily worked with Java for backend development and a modern React + Redux stack for frontend development. Cristian focused on improving the infrastructure and product platform for Openbravo. Recently, they have been promoted to a senior applications engineer at the same company.

Cristian Berner obtained a Grado en Ingeniería in Ingeniería informática from Universidad Pública de Navarra from 2015 to 2020. Additionally, they have received several certifications, including Neurotech Spring School 2022 by g.tec from g.tec medical engineering GmbH in May 2022, C1 Advanced from Cambridge Assessment English in September 2019, and Participante en el programa Explorer "Jóvenes con ideas" from CISE | Centro Internacional Santander Emprendimiento in January 2019.
