Megan MacQuarrie

Megan MacQuarrie is the Business Operations Specialist at Opencare. Megan has also previously served as the Director of People Operations and the Chief of Staff at Konkussion Inc. In their current role, they are responsible for developing and overseeing the strategic People vision of the company and partnering with the Executive Team as an advisor to the business. During their time at Konkussion Inc., they led all 5 divisions of the organization, managed a team of 5, and developed key People & Talent processes for recruitment, performance management, and engagement. Megan also oversaw the execution of two clinical trials assessing the impact of therapeutic treatment and diagnostic devices on head injuries.
