Fiona Doran

Fiona Doran is an accomplished Senior Service Designer at Opencast since October 2023, with a robust background in service design and user experience. Previously, Fiona held multiple roles at Accenture UK & Ireland, serving as Service Designer and Practice Lead in Next Gen Engineering and Infinity Works. At Infinity Works from October 2020 to September 2023, Fiona focused on defining execution standards, shaping design teams, and empowering staff while also acting as a principal UX consultant. Additional experience includes leadership positions at the BBC and LovedBy Design, along with research roles at Common Good. Fiona's educational journey includes studies at Shillington Education and Liverpool John Moores University.
