Victoria Reilly is currently the Director of People Development at Opencast. Prior to this role, Victoria held various positions at different companies such as Menzies Aviation, Scottish Water, and Tesco Bank, focusing on talent development, leadership development, and learning and development. Victoria graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Language and Literature and Italian Language and Literature. Victoria attended Linlithgow Academy for their secondary education.
