David MEYER

David MEYER began their professional career in 1996 as a Solution Developer at Syntegra - BT Global Services. In 1998, they moved to Bouygues Telecom as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for delivering BSS on time in respect of time and quality constraints, managing 60 people per version, 3 IT suppliers, and 7 million users. In 2001, they joined SFR (neuf telecom) as a Business Developer, where they were part of the Wholesale Division's "Private Label" business unit, dedicated to VISP offer. In 2005, they became the Mobile Services Business Unit Manager at DOCAPOST, where they were in charge of helping customers diversify their activities and enter new markets, based on the deployment of ICT. In 2011, they joined Mindset Partners as Managing Partner, a small, hands-on management consulting company. In 2012, they moved to Numen as General Manager, Numen Business Solutions, where they were responsible for providing vertical BPO solutions and managing a multi-skill team. Finally, in 2015, they became the CEO of Opencell Software, a Agile Monetization Platform, which had already been deployed by major telco, utility, IoT, health, utilities and cloud operators.

David Meyer obtained their Baccalauréat from Le Likes in 1990 and then went on to receive their Ingénieur from ESIEA - ÉCOLE D'INGÉNIEUR·E·S D'UN NUMÉRIQUE UTILE in 1996, specializing in IT.
