Shawn has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong focus in Start-ups and Financial Services. He has extensive experience working with teams bringing both business, technology and design skills together to form creative solutions for diverse clients. Shawn’s prior work includes managing delivery of complex trading, search, business intelligence, and system integration solutions for leading Financial Services clients. Lately Shawn has been particularly focused on the Blockchain space developing both core decentralized infrastructure platforms as well as business applications on decentralized platforms. Prior to joining OpenCrowd, Shawn has spent the last 10 years consulting for leading Financial Services firms, holding senior positions at CXO Systems, Scient and Cambridge Technology Partners. Prior to Cambridge Technology Partners, Shawn worked for over 8 years at Nasdaq developing advanced technology solutions within their Compliance and Trading departments.
