Andy Swanton

Andy Swanton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Acquisition Pricing at Opendoor, Andy leads a team focused on pricing homes for cash acquisition offers. Previously, in 2022, Andy was Vice President of Properties at Redfin, overseeing teams and managing P&Ls for high-revenue products. Prior roles include General Manager at Opendoor, where revenue for the West Coast markets grew from $200M to $1B, and Vice President of BYD's Electric Truck Division, where Andy secured 16 contracts generating $101M in revenue. Earlier in the career, Andy developed skills in management and operations at Danaher Corporation and contributed to significant water treatment projects as an Environmental Engineer at CDM. Andy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MEng in Environmental Engineering from MIT, and a BS in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.
