Bill Strempel

Bill Strempel has extensive experience in procurement and project management, currently serving as the Procurement-Strategic Partnership Lead at Opendoor since November 2019. Bill has held various managerial positions at Opendoor, including Market Manager and Area Manager. Prior to Opendoor, Bill spent a decade at Ashton Woods Homes, where roles included Senior Purchasing Agent, Purchasing Agent, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Construction Superintendent, and Customer Care Representative. Bill began his career at Pulte Group, Inc. as Manager of Customer Relations from 1998 to 2008.
