Beth Bloom Soroko has a diverse work experience in the fields of marketing, arts, and program management. Beth is currently working as a Marketing Manager at OpenDrives since February 2021.
Prior to their current role, Beth worked at The Institute of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (ICA LA) from December 2014 to February 2021 as an Advancement Officer. Beth played a crucial role in the successful relocation and transformation of Santa Monica Museum of Art into ICA LA. Their responsibilities included collaborating with executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders to develop and execute outreach strategies, craft a new mission and brand identity, and meet fundraising goals.
Beth also worked as a Project Manager at Rita Records in 2015. Additionally, they served as a Program Manager and Development Assistant at Red Hen Press from October 2013 to December 2014, managing the Press's outreach program and editing the annual anthology of student poetry.
Furthermore, Beth gained experience as a Curatorial Intern at Santa Monica Museum of Art from September 2014 to November 2014. Their responsibilities involved conducting research, providing editorial support, and assisting with administrative tasks for upcoming exhibitions.
Beth Bloom Soroko attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Cum Laude Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on English Literature. In 2012, they briefly studied at Utrecht University, although no specific degree or field of study was provided for this period.
