CFO at OpenDrives

Marlin Prager is the CFO at OpenDrives, a position he held since 2017. Prior to that, he was the CFO at Legendary Entertainment from July 2005 to May 2017, where he closed bank financings of more than $3 billion along with several equity raises, including the final acquisition of Legendary by Wanda for a reported $3.5B in 2016. Marlin also led the acquisition of and investment in various media companies and implemented internal controls and enterprise-wide reporting systems. From January 2003 to September 2005, he was a partner at W2 Films/Digital Cinema Ventures, where he coordinated with film auditors to handle fund compliance and was involved in the structuring of German Tax Motivated Film Structures. Marlin also founded Digital Cinema Ventures, a start-up entity dedicated to the build-out of digital projector systems at multiple theater venues. Prior to that, he was an associate at Houlihan Lokey from May 1997 to January 2003 and an accountant at PwC from May 1995 to May 1997.

Marlin Prager attended UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA). Marlin also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
